Laboratory quality

All samples we collect are tested at NABL-accredited partner laboratories of Micro Health Laboratories, which follow ISO 15189 quality requirements for medical laboratories, including internal quality control and external quality assessment.

Sample collection and transport

Samples are collected by trained phlebotomists using sterile, single-use equipment. They are labelled at the point of collection, sealed, and transported to the laboratory under conditions that protect sample quality.

Bio-medical waste

Needles, swabs and other waste from collections are segregated and disposed of in line with the Bio-Medical Waste Management Rules, 2016, through an authorised common bio-medical waste treatment facility.

Data protection

We handle personal and health data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

Consumer rights

Our prices, bookings and refunds are set out in our Terms, which do not limit your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
