Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use this website or book a service from MicroCheck India LLP (“MicroCheck”, “we”), a Micro Health Laboratories company. By booking with us, you agree to them.

Our service

We collect blood and other samples at your home or chosen location within our service area. Samples are tested at NABL-accredited partner laboratories of Micro Health Laboratories, and your report is sent to you. Some tests, such as ultrasound, X-ray and ECG, are only available at our partner centre.

Bookings

• A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it to you by WhatsApp, phone or message.
• Collection times are given as a time window. We'll let you know if our phlebotomist is running late.
• Please give us accurate details: the name, age and gender of the person being tested, a contact number, and a complete address.
• We may decline or reschedule a booking if the location is outside our service area, or if collection is not safe or possible.

Preparing for your test

Some tests need fasting or other preparation. We'll tell you what to do when you book. If preparation instructions are not followed, results may be affected and we may need to reschedule your collection.

Prices and payment

• Prices on this website are in Indian rupees and include home sample collection unless stated otherwise.
• Prices and package contents may change. The price confirmed at the time of booking is the one you pay.
• Accepted payment methods and when payment is due are confirmed at booking.

Cancelling and rescheduling

Please tell us as early as possible if you need to cancel or change your collection time, by WhatsApp or phone on 9020 004 000. If you paid in advance and cancel before your sample is collected, contact us and we'll arrange a refund or a new booking.

Repeat collections

Occasionally a sample can't be tested, for example if it's insufficient or damaged in transit. If that happens, we'll contact you to arrange a repeat collection.

Reports

• Reports are usually sent by WhatsApp or email. Turnaround times we give are estimates; some tests take longer.
• Test results should be read by a qualified doctor alongside your symptoms and history. A report on its own is not a diagnosis.

Not for emergencies

Our service is not for medical emergencies. If you or someone else needs urgent help, call 112 or go to the nearest hospital.

Our responsibility

We take care to provide an accurate, safe and timely service. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, or by incorrect information provided to us. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable law.

Using this website

The content, design and branding on this website belong to MicroCheck India LLP or its licensors. You may view and share pages for personal use, but not copy or reuse them commercially without our permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Kozhikode, Kerala.
