Cookies and tracking
This website uses cookies and similar technologies from Google (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager) and Meta (Meta Pixel) to count visits, see which pages and buttons are used, and measure our adverts. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and manage ad personalisation in your Google and Facebook settings. The website still works if you block them.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and contact details for as long as you use our service and for a reasonable period afterwards to handle questions and follow-up tests. Test reports and related medical records are kept for the periods required by law and by laboratory accreditation standards. Website usage data is kept by Google and Meta according to their own retention settings. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
